Forest Transmisson

A 26 min voice unscripted transmission from a forest walk.

I share about what it really takes to evolve - choosing to leave success behind. About choosing looking like a clown and allowing judgement. Personal share about mutating over and over without compromise, leaving success behind. I share how I evolved in my service and what navigation system I use as the method.

And a little surprise at the very end.

I want to know more

Alright, hi!

I'm walking right now, with my dog, and I felt the call to record this for you.

I want to share something that might help you allow yourself to evolve — even when it feels like you're going a little crazy, even when it feels like you're standing in a process where others will judge you.

That part is real. You can hold different philosophical or spiritual models for why people judge you — is it even them, or is it you judging yourself, since we're one consciousness anyway? But underneath the model, the experience is real. It feels real when a family member asks you something critical, or a stranger online criticizes you, or — maybe worse — someone close to you goes quiet. The kind of quiet that says, something is happening here and I don't support it, so I'm just going to not say anything. That feeling is real, whatever causes it.

Right now I want to share my own experience of evolving from one kind of work into what I do now — because that process took immense bravery. It took discipline. And it took a willingness to look like an idiot. A clown. A loser caught between identities.

Because let's be honest — that's what it takes to mutate into a new life. That spot in between, where nothing has proven itself yet, where it all sounds a little off, where it feels like everyone is quietly asking, what is she up to this time?

I've done this — changed my whole life on the spot, within a week, more than once. I have a real skill for it. For taking the leap head-on and saying, "Yeah, fuck it. I'm turning this security down. I'm leaving this behind, because I know it can't hold what I really know is calling me." Even when, from the outside, it looks like I've already made it.

So — if you're receiving this, you're on my list. Some of you have been here since you signed up to work with me many moons ago, back when I ran my metaphysical forest walks.

Short story: when I started those walks, I had just made some deeply foundational shifts in my private life. I quit a job. I left a partner, from a life that looked genuinely settled. I looked like a clown doing it — what is going on with Alfrieda? She just built this beautiful life for herself. And then I picked up my phone and started transmitting how I actually experience nature — the interconnectedness, the way we can speak with other species. It's obvious to me. It caught fire fast. Within about two months I'd landed national TV, national media, articles being written about me — out of nowhere. A huge stroke of luck.

I rode that wave for a while, doing the work, taking people into the forest. But what I was really doing was plugging people in. Meanwhile I was telling a curated story — the brand, being nature girl. I was charming. I found middle ground. I played the part of the classic biology teacher, bridging gaps for people. Underneath, something else entirely was happening. And even though I only shared, 2%-of-the-truth that version got me hate online — just for saying "I talk to trees, and I can teach you to talk to trees too."

What surprised me, once I had the momentum — the best ad spot on national TV, everything sold out — was this: I knew inside myself I'd only shared maybe 2% of what I was actually doing, actually experiencing, actually talking to. And if that much caused an outrage, what happens if I tell people publicly what I'm really about?

So I stepped back. I chose, deliberately, to build the capacity to hold that fuller truth before sharing it. I've spent the last year working mostly behind the scenes — not sharing publicly, but going deep with clients, creating real change for the people who trusted me enough to invest and let me lead them. That trust is an honor.

Can you hear the water? I'm by it now. It's so beautiful.

I've posted a little here and there. A few videos. But the real work — how consciousness actually operates, how I see the potential in humans evolving once we build the literacy and put in the reps, because it is a mastery, a skill you choose and then harness — I'm ready to share that more publicly now.

This spring I already ran a group program (Hybrid Life) behind the scenes, an accelerator where a group of us opened up what most people call impossible. I posted about it on story once or twice, because I wasn't ready to hold the wave of what might come if I went fully public.

Even this — a small hello, an audio file — exists because this work isn't for everybody. It could potentially be for anyone. But I don't cater to everybody. I cater to people who are already attuned, already aware, already past the point of needing convincing.

My dog and two kids just said hello to each other.

There's a fine line here — knowing you carry a real gift without believing that makes you superior. Owning that you were given a genome, an advancement, gifts that the future of Earth is actually calling for. The abilities, the skills that are worth real currency, the things that defy logic and can't be duplicated — that's the actual value. Seeing beyond. Collapsing time and space on demand, and creating from that position. Some people are just naturally, inherently good at it.

But it's a power. And with power comes responsibility — to use it in integrity, to plug into something higher, something deeper, and to choose, with authority, to do the right thing.

I've chewed on that a lot — my whole life, especially the last fifteen years. I knew as a kid, as a teenager, that I had these abilities. I didn't know what to do with them. I was afraid of them. I didn't know how to master what I was holding, and I was overwhelmed by it. Still, to this day, almost daily, I check in with doubt — I use it as a compass toward the right choice. Do I make mistakes? Yes. Am I still learning? Absolutely. That's why, even while I'm claiming how good I am at this and taking in the feedback from the people I work with, I'm also constantly sharpening the question of why I'm acting — through what motive.

I just passed a car with a bumper sticker that said "Made with passion." Maybe that's the key word — being so passionate about getting it right that the question of right and wrong keeps returning to something simple: this dimension is a place of free will, and free will comes with a yes or no. That yes/no is right and wrong. That's choice.

So — wrapping this up. I'm walking through the actual forest where I used to run these walks. Some of you crossed this exact bridge with me.

To the people who work with me, and to whoever has made it this far into this audio: I encourage you to place your free will with discernment — but don't suppress yourself. I still feel fear. I move beyond it anyway. I have a whole methodology built around exactly that — how do I cross borders, how do I trailblaze into what feels unknown, how do I create beyond fear while staying true to my soul's integrity.

If you've had the spiritual awakening, and you've moved past the endless rabbit holes and paradigms that never quite land anywhere tangible, and you're at the point of asking okay, what's next — I encourage you to put your foot down and take responsibility for the direction. That's the next stage. All of us are somewhere on that road — some further than others. I have my own teachers, beings I find support and leadership in. You might be able to be that for someone else too.

I want to place my free will there. I think that's the right thing to do — staying humbled, even while we're all rewriting our own definitions of law and order, which is essentially what I teach: what does that navigation look like, and how do you move through it, while still coming back to a shared model of reality we can leverage together.

I had a conversation with a client recently where I told him, honestly, that I sometimes feel discouraged even by the word "teaching" — because I don't fully believe I can teach anyone anything. I think most people already know, on some level. He said, so kindly: "Alfrieda, you can. You see so much, you're so far ahead, that you forget others aren't there yet. You're at a point you want to bring people to." He told me he'd leaned into my leadership, my competency, because he wanted a different life, and here he is, living it. Don't undermine the third dimension just because you don't operate in it.

How beautiful is it that the person I mentor ends up mentoring me. I love that.

Sorry — my dog just left a gift for the ecosystem.

So here's the question I actually have for you, after sharing all this with you — because even without a spoken back-and-forth, this is still a conversation. Your thoughts, right now, are part of it.

How can you move beyond logic and beyond fear to lead by example, and create through your own way of life — knowing, deeply, that everything you do is spiritual work? You don't need a profession or a framework to hold creative power or real influence. Many of you are simply living your life, stabilizing the field, doing small acts of service, being kind. That is the labor. That is the contribution. And some of you want to go further — to lose your mind a little, to see what's possible beyond the edges of the spiritual laws you already know. I fall into that category too. There are no laws, really. Only postulates, and choice. So — what do you choose?

I have spots left for Hybrid Life, the group program I told you about from the spring. The next run starts August 17th. Four weeks, accelerating your authority, your discernment, your ability to step into responsibility — and being brave enough to do it.

It's a co-creation. I teach, I lead, I transmit through live charges — but the people inside the container activate the field together, and we channel what's needed to hear, together. I can't fully explain it beyond that. It's pre-linguistic. The moment we put words on it, we make it smaller than it is. It has to be experienced.

There are still a few spots left. If this is for you, I'd love to see you there.

I'm back now at the part of the forest where I've spent so much time, had so many openings — and right now, my ear is ringing. It's beautiful.

Thank you for being here with me. Thank you for spending some of your life force, your attention, your beautiful energy, in this space with me and everyone else listening.

See you around.
